As a communications intern for Texas Athletics, I have loved getting a behind-the-scenes look at the preparation and attention to detail required to manage communications for one of the largest collegiate athletic programs in the world!

I had the privilege of shadowing two amazing professionals at WFAA and got a behind-the-scenes look at live news production. I met so many inspiring members of the WFAA team and learned so much about the world of broadcasting!

Covering Texas baseball was incredibly enriching and exciting! Following the team closely and intently all the way to Omaha strengthened my ability to produce accurate, engaging coverage in a fast-paced sports media environment.
